Refund policy

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a Livescribe branded smartpen and/ or accessory from Livescribe.com store for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund if you meet the conditions set forth below. Delivery and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state, customs or VAT) are not refundable. To qualify for a refund, you must meet all the following conditions:
  • Request a return authorization within 30 days of your shipment date;
  • Return the smartpen and/or accessory, including all parts included in the original packaging, in good physical condition; and
  • Include the return authorization number with your return.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Livescribe.
If you return Product to Livescribe (a) without a return authorization from Livescribe or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Livescribe retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.Once the items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 10 working days from the email acknowledging goods receipt to confirmation/rejection of refund.
If the refund request is approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be submitted by us to your credit card or original method of payment provider, within 2 working days. Please check with your provider to see what their policy is in crediting refunds to your account.

 

Purchases from Third-party vendors

Smartpens or accessory products purchased from a Third-party vendor cannot be returned to Livescribe for a refund or exchange.  Please review the third-party sales agreement for that vendor's return or exchange policy and contact them directly.
